Award winning fulfilment services, delivered from our dedicated automotive parts handling warehouse in the heart of the Thames Valley and on the Hampshire/Surrey border.

On behalf of one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers we operate a dedicated fulfilment service that handles same day distribution of parts to 55 dealer sites within the South of England and Wales.

Dedicated parts warehouse

From a dedicated parts warehouse, which was sourced and designed by Fullers, we store in excess of 15,000 SKUs ranging from car body parts through to nuts and bolts.

On average the team at this dedicated fulfillment centre handles 1,100 SKU picks daily so that repair works can be completed by dealers quickly and efficiently.

99.9% accuracy

The service operates six days a week to ensure that retail centres across the region can complete work for customers and return their vehicles in the quickest time possible.

The success of this operation has been recognised by the client with a number of awards given to Fullers for our continuous achievement of stringent KPIs around quality, stock management and pick accuracy.

In the news

As a result of this laser focus on achieving our SLAs, we are proud to announce that our contract with BMW has recently been extended for a further five years.
